Salary package: $64,386 p.a. – $101,217p.a.plus 17% superannuation
The ANU Centre for Gravitational Physics conducts research on high precision laser interferometry for gravitational wave detection and other applications. We are seeking to appoint an experimental physicist to work on quantum noise reduction and low noise opto-mechanical measurement.
The appointee should have a PhD or equivalent in physics or a related discipline and a background in optical physics, electro-optics, quantum optics, control systems and low noise electronics.
